Keith Loughlin was elected to the Westfield Town Council in November 2009 to represent Westfield’s Fourth Ward.
Councilman Loughlin is Vice Chairman of the Public Safety, Parking and Transportation Committee and a member of the Public Works Committee. He is a member of the College Men’s Club of Westfield and the Westfield Y’s Men’s Club.
Prior to serving on the Town Council, Keith volunteered as a football coach for the Westfield Police Athletic League and as a member of the Westfield Rotary Club.
Keith graduated from the University of Florida and Hofstra University School of Law. He works at the law firm Morgan Melhuish Abrutyn in Livingston, New Jersey, and as Policy Director for Assemblyman Jon Bramnick (New Jersey Legislature, District 21).
