Westfield Councilman Keith Loughlin

Keith Loughlin sworn in to Second Term by Assembly Minority Leader Bramnick Keith Loughlin was first elected to the Westfield Town Council in November 2009 to represent Westfield’s Fourth Ward. He was re-elected to a second term in November 2013.

Councilman Loughlin is Chairman of the Public Safety, Transportation & Parking Committee and a member of the Code Review and Town Property Committee. Keith previously served as Vice Chairman of the Public Safety, Transportation & Parking Committee and as Vice Chairman of the Public Works Committee. He also served on the Westfield Memorial Library Board of Trustees, as a trustee of the College Men’s Club of Westfield, and as a member of the Westfield Y’s Men’s Club.

Prior to serving on the Town Council, Keith volunteered as a football coach for the Westfield Police Athletic League and as a member of the Westfield Rotary Club.

Keith graduated from the University of Florida and Hofstra University School of Law. He is an attorney and a member of the New Jersey, New York and District of Columbia State Bars. He worked as Chief of Staff to New Jersey Assembly Minority Leader Jon Bramnick and as Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Assembly Minority Office.
